九十八學年度春季學季 三年級英語課程

親愛的爸爸媽媽好:

春天萬物蠢蠢欲動、蓄勢待發,花草數木展現蓬勃生氣,孩子似乎也感受到這股動的力量,於是在校園內孩子的歌聲、嬉鬧聲,不絕於耳,上課進了教室,都還意猶未盡表示玩不夠,於是收收心是必要的,因此通常全班起立唱早安歌曲問候開始,孩子就緒之後會全體或個別唸晨詩及季節或月份詩,孩子坐下之前通常必須回答老師提出的日常生活用語的對話,例如”你叫什麼名字?””你住在哪裡?””今天是星期幾?”今天幾年幾月幾日?””現在是什麼月份?””你每天做什麼事?””你有幾個兄弟姊妹?”等,接著穿插春天的歌曲或故事歌曲,接下來進行文法的背誦,僅止於唸、背及舉例,不給文法術語及文法解析,重點在孩子的親身經驗。接下來是故事時間,一個故事包括準備、說及演所需時間約一週。
之後書寫部分,週一是故事經典句子抄寫於工作本,週二是將故事圖像畫於工作本,週三抄寫名詞(naming words-藍色)和動詞(doing words-紅色),以上工作均於課堂上完成,由於孩子個別差異,因此若未能完成者,則需利用放學後完成。週五作業字母本延續找字母的形,春季四週課程完成Hh~Kk,之後五週仍要求孩子持續字母本製作Ll, Mm, Nn, Oo五個字母,大寫及小寫形各三個,希望家長也能陪伴孩子一起體會發現的樂趣。
此外,多位家長反映希望有詳細的上課內容,經與外語小組老師討論之後,詩歌、歌曲提供給導師,貼於各班部落格利用,家長可和孩子在輕鬆愉悅的狀況下唱歌、唸詩,自然的學習氣氛很重要。故事部分,則建議家長只要孩子願意,簡單易懂重複性高的英文故事木母都可以說給孩子聽。
